For over 20 years, this chocolate confectioner has delighted people in Nice and tourists from all over the world through his creations of creamy sweets, crispy chocolates and macaroons. “Les Patisseries Lac” tale began in 1995 with the opening of a boutique in Beaulieu sur Mer, with Pascal Lac working in the back and his wife Valérie at the counter. In 2001 the couple opened the shop in rue Barla 18 in Nice, with a sales area and a larger workroom for the production of chocolates and macaroons. The flagship shop was then completely renovated in 2004 in an elegant and contemporary style, which is the brand of “Les Patisseries Lac”.

In 2006, the company’s achievement lets Pascal Lac to open a 500m2 workshop in the Trinité neighbourhood. In 2007, he closes the shop in Beaulieu to open the shop in rue Gioffredo 49 in Nice. 2008 is the year of the great awards from the Club Croqueurs de Chocolat. With the creation of the “PAVÉ MASSÉNA”, inspired by the two-tone design of the paving of Place Masséna, Lac gets the award of “best among the best” chocolatiers of France.
