This is the latest creation of Formula 1 legend and entrepreneur, Flavio Briatore, and part of his Billionaire Life brand portfolio. Crazy Pizza’s slick and playful dining concept launched first at The Billionaire Club in Porto Cervo in 2018, was followed soon after by Crazy Pizza London, in the heart of trendy Marylebone.
And now… Crazy Pizza is in Monte Carlo at a sea front location with an open-air terrace in the charming and eclectic Port Hercules, the harbor area.
WHAT’S THE SECRET TO CRAZY PIZZA’S PIZZA?
Well, that’s our secret. We’ll only say that there’s a special ingredient in the yeast-free dough. The mozzarella is home-made daily, and the fresh vine tomatoes and ingredients are blended right at your table. Italy’s famous Morello ovens create just the right crispness and out comes the best mouth-watering pizza you’ve ever tasted.

Our stars Pizzas include the Profumata made with tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, homemade mozzarella, garlic and basil and the Formaggi made with mozzarella, Grana Padano and Gorgonzola. Eat our pizza and plunge into a new experience; a new taste – we have kept the centuries old tradition but added new thinking to the Italian staples. Discover freshly sliced Bresaola, served alongside zucchini carpaccio, mint, olive oil and zesty lime. And our Burrata, accompanied by datterino tomatoes, fragrant basil and extra virgin olive oil, just for starters.
Diners can also choose from a selection of delectable daily homemade batches of mozzarellas, accompanied by mixed colorful vine tomatoes, basil leaves and the finest extra virgin olive oil, making for an indulgent addition to the authentic Italian experience.
MOZZARELLA LAB: Mozzarella is fundamental to the Crazy Pizza experience. Made using traditional techniques dating back hundreds of years, our chefs create daily homemade batches of mozzarella, fresh parcels of joy, right in front of our guests, made on the day, eaten on the day!
The in-house mozzarella bar presents a feast for the senses and is a mark of distinction that sets Crazy Pizza apart.
GREEN BAR: Following two fundamental guidelines of creating dishes with top quality products and ingredients, Crazy Pizza displays an amazing selection of fresh, colorful and crunchy vegetables, ready to be turned into a collection of beautifully prepared and nutritious salads,
such as Detox Lion Salad with avocado, zucchini, cucumber, mixed leaves, green apple and an avocado dressing, and the Spinach Salad made with baby spinach and fine beans with pine nuts and honey sesame dressing.
The wine cellar houses vintage and hard-to-find bottles from every corner of Italy, as well as the freshest champagnes and aperitifs, to ensure every part of the dining experience is perfectly enhanced with a wittily matched, sensual glass of something special.
