Una festa aperta al cuore del popolo
Dalle 18:30 alle 22:30, Place du Palais si trasformerà in un elegante salotto a cielo aperto, in cui i cittadini monegaschi e i coniugi residenti saranno accolti per un cocktail ufficiale alla presenza del Principe Alberto II e della Principessa Charlène.
L’atmosfera sarà solenne ma conviviale: un raro momento in cui la Famiglia Sovrana si presenta non solo come guida istituzionale, ma come parte integrante della comunità. Discorsi, saluti e strette di mano scandiranno la serata, in un contesto che unisce cerimonia e vicinanza, protocollo e calore umano.
Il Principe stesso incontrerà personalmente gli ospiti, sottolineando il valore che attribuisce alla relazione diretta con i cittadini del Principato. È una scelta chiara: celebrare non solo la monarchia, ma la coesione sociale che rende Monaco una nazione così particolare.

A Celebration Close to the People’s Heart
From 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Place du Palais will be transformed into an elegant open-air reception, where Monegasque citizens and resident spouses will be welcomed for an official cocktail in the presence of Prince Albert II and Princess Charlène.
The atmosphere will be both solemn and friendly—a rare occasion where the Sovereign Family appears not only as an institutional figurehead, but as an integral part of the community. Speeches, greetings, and handshakes will shape the evening in a setting that blends ceremony and intimacy, protocol and heartfelt warmth.
The Prince himself will personally greet the guests, highlighting the value he places on a direct relationship with the people of the Principality. It’s a clear message: this celebration is not just about monarchy, but about the social unity that makes Monaco such a unique nation.

Inviti, accessi e sicurezza
L’accesso all’evento sarà regolato con attenzione:
- Saranno ammessi solo coloro che presenteranno invito ufficiale, carta d’identità monegasca o, per i coniugi di Monegaschi, la carta di residente.
- I controlli saranno attivi presso:
- la Rampe Major
- la Rue Basse
- la Rue Comte Félix Gastaldi
- la Rue Emile de Loth
L’ingresso sarà possibile solo tra le 17:30 e le 18:30.

Invitations, Access and Security
Access to the event will be strictly regulated:
- Only those with an official invitation, Monegasque ID card, or, for spouses of Monegasques, a resident card will be allowed entry.
- Security checkpoints will be in place at:
- Rampe Major
- Rue Basse
- Rue Comte Félix Gastaldi
- Rue Emile de Loth
Entry will only be permitted between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM.

Il cuore del Principato, trasformato per l’occasione
Place du Palais sarà completamente pedonalizzata e “sanctuarisée” dalle 12:00, con restrizioni alla circolazione fino alle 16:00. Dalle 16:00 in poi, solo veicoli autorizzati potranno accedere all’area, mentre l’accesso pedonale sarà limitato agli invitati.
Nel contesto dell’evento, alcune strutture e servizi subiranno modifiche:
- Le visite al Palais Princier saranno sospese dal 17 al 20 luglio (ore 17:00–23:00)
- Sospesa anche la cerimonia del cambio della Guardia dal 15 al 20 luglio
- Il Museo Oceanografico e il Parcheggio Chemin des Pêcheurs resteranno aperti
- Le persone con mobilità ridotta possono ottenere un pass di accesso speciale (scrivendo a: protocol@mairie.mc)

The Heart of the Principality, Transformed for the Occasion
Place du Palais will be completely pedestrianized and secured from 12:00 PM, with vehicle access restricted until 4:00 PM. After that time, only authorized vehicles will be allowed, and pedestrian access will be limited to invited guests.
Several facilities and services will be affected:
- Visits to the Prince’s Palace will be suspended from July 17 to 20 (between 5:00 PM and 11:00 PM)
- The changing of the Guard ceremony will also be suspended from July 15 to 20
- The Oceanographic Museum and Chemin des Pêcheurs parking will remain open
- Individuals with reduced mobility may request a special access pass (email: protocol@mairie.mc)
