IT. La guerra è finita tra Rai e Comune? Non è detto. Intanto hanno firmato un “armistizio” che vale fino alla fine del 76mo Festival del caro Carlo Conti un pò adirato per varie ultime vicende. Le date, finalmente certe, sono, appunto, dal 24 al 28 febbraio, finite cioè le Olimpiadi invernali di Cortina. Quindi sarà un Sanremo sorridente dove vincitori e vinti si scambieranno saluti, baci e abbracci di cortesia e non solo sul palco dell’Ariston, ultimamente maltrattato da più parti. Insomma tutto tornerà come prima, più o meno, tranne il fatto che sarà un Festival diverso e dedicato soprattutto al mostro sacro della Tv italiana di Stato che non cè più: il grande Pippo Baudo.
Attorno a tutto ciò si stanno facendo ipotesi e illazioni su come sarà ricordato. Speriamo che gli autori, che magari non lo hanno nemmeno conosciuto per una questione di età, sappiano dare il giusto valore morale e sociale ad una personalità talmente alta che però il Comune di Sanremo all’epoca lo sottovalutava. Di fatto il premio Numeri Uno-Città di Sanremo glielo ha conferito la prima edizione del Gran Galà della Stampa del Festival, nel 2011, il sottoscritto con la sua organizzazione al Royal Hotel Sanremo.
Sui nomi degli cantanti, sulle presentatrici donne e uomini e sui probabili ospiti è ancora tutto da vedere, anzi da studiare. Tutto quanto si legge e si vede in queste settimane, a tal proposito, è solo propaganda per chi le scrive e per chi le pubblica.Tutti hanno diritto di lavorare e vivere, compresi colori i quali inventano storie vere e fasulle. EN. Has the war between Rai and the City Council ended? Not necessarily. In the meantime, they’ve signed an “armistice” that lasts until the end of the 76th Festival, with dear Carlo Conti a bit upset over various recent events. The dates, finally confirmed, are February 24 to 28, that is, after the Cortina Winter Olympics. So it will be a smiling Sanremo where winners and losers exchange greetings, kisses, and polite hugs—and not only on the stage of the Ariston, which has lately been battered from many quarters. In short, everything will go back to the way it was, more or less, except that it will be a different Festival, dedicated above all to the sacred monster—the legend—of Italy’s public television who is no longer with us: the great Pippo Baudo. Let’s hope the writers—who may not even have known him because of their age—know how to give the proper moral and social weight to such a towering personality, one that the City of Sanremo, at the time, underestimated. As for the names of the singers, the female and male presenters, and the likely guests, everything remains to be seen—indeed, to be studied. Everything being read and seen in recent weeks on this subject is merely propaganda for those who write it and those who publish it.
