The program will be punctuated by the traditional gala dinner that will take place Friday at Monte Carlo Beach. It will be prepared by the children in pairs with the Chiefs of the Principality. On Saturday afternoon, nine Michelin-starred Chefs will prepare dishes aboard the prestigious Riva boats for and with some lucky gourmets who have previously reserved their seats.
