From the beginning, the race was defined by Silverstone’s usual demands: high-speed corners, heavy lateral loads through sections like Maggotts and Becketts, and significant tyre stress, particularly on the rear axle. In the final stages, Max Verstappen was involved in a high-speed crash that brought out the safety car. With limited laps remaining, the neutralisation effectively froze the order and eliminated any possibility of a final restart or late overtaking battle.
